Lawrence has twenty-seven years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, providing planning, project and programme management, forensic delay analysis, and claims management services to clients in the UK and internationally. Lawrence has spent the last 15 years working in Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA, Jordan, Qatar, UAE and Hong Kong working on several major claims and disputes for high-profile and prestigious projects in located in the Middle East and Internationally.

Lawrence has over fifteen years of extensive experience working in the aviation sector as a Project Manager, Planner, and Delay Analyst. He has been involved from the initial planning stages through to pre-construction, construction, testing and commissioning, and operational readiness. Lawrence has worked with major developers such as the British Aviation Authority (BAA) and Oman Airports Management Company (OAMC), providing construction and programming advice and leading several commissions involving disputes on major projects throughout the Middle East. He has a proven ability to apply sophisticated planning techniques and develop graphics and illustrations that are easily interpreted by professionals.

Lawrence is familiar with the most current standard forms of contract and is adept with all forms of planning software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner P3, Primavera P6 and Asta Power Project.

Having worked in the industry for internationally recognised and respected contractors, developers and consultants, Lawrence can offer valuable insight and advice throughout the complete lifecycle of a project, from inception through to successful completion and handover.

Santhosh is a versatile Civil Engineer having more than 24 years of experience in construction with a unique blend of claim consultants, project management consultants and renowned contractors. Very proficient in forensic planning, analysis of delay and disruption in construction projects, project scheduling using critical path methodology, project management, and arbitration support.

Has an extensive experience on diverse projects include residential, commercial, infrastructure, mix use developments, oil and gas and marine construction. Very good at presenting complicated scenarios in a simplified manner, especially with the help of graphics and illustrative testimonies.

Well competent with all other aspects of project controls and project management such as preparation of master programmes, implementing KPI’s and monitoring the project performance against these indices.

Skilled in identifying major areas of concerns/ risks of the projects and developing effective recovery/ mitigation measures in order to minimize the impacts. Expert in Project Management software such as Primavera P6, Primavera P3, Microsoft Project, Acumen Fuse, Acumen Risk, etc. Has sound knowledge of all contractual matters including different types and forms of Contracts.

SENIOR DIRECTOR

Mike is a seasoned professional with a very broad experience that extends throughout many different aspects of the construction industry and has been employed by client organizations, contractors and consultants. His expertise lies in contract and commercial management of building and civil engineering mega projects such as airports, naval bases, tunnels, metro and mixed-use developments.

His exposure to significantly large and landmark projects has enabled him to attain extensive experience in claims management and dispute resolution services. He has worked on location in six different countries: England, Cyprus, Oman, Bahrain, UAE and Qatar. He has also worked remotely on projects in many other countries such as Morocco, Egypt, KSA, Belarus, Brunei and Georgia.

Mike has undertaken a number of arbitrations/mediations in Cyprus and has been recommended as an expert witness by the Cyprus Technical Chamber and called upon to adduce evidence in court. He has also participated in arbitrations / conciliations / mediations / adjudications in Cyprus, Ireland, Jordan, Oman and Dubai.

Mike is conversant with many forms of building and civil engineering forms of contract, computer literate on QS software, Windows 2000 and XP, Primavera Expedition, Aconex and associated Microsoft programmes and Internet.

Mike has attended numerous courses/seminars to enhance management competencies such as time management, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, programme management, HSE, quality assurance etc, as well as specialised seminars and conferences on building contracts, claims, expert witness evidence, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
